The Stoxlitix Elite Score is a highly selective machine-learning composite rating — not displayed for every stock. It only appears on data cards for fundamentally sound stocks that are in active Accumulation or Bullish Markup phases, and only when the calculated score exceeds a minimum threshold. It tracks both positive catalysts (drivers) and active headwinds (drags) simultaneously. Combined with the 3-color Traffic Light system, it provides an instant visual reference on both setup alignment and hypothetical sizing levels.
Most scoring systems apply a single number to every stock in the universe equally. This creates noise: a low-quality penny stock can temporarily display a "high score" on momentum alone. The Stoxlitix Elite Score is built differently — it is designed to be rare and meaningful by being strictly gated to high-quality stocks in the right market phase.
What Makes the Elite Score Different
Three selection criteria must be satisfied simultaneously before the Elite Score is calculated and displayed on a data card:
| Gate | Requirement | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Quality Gate | Stock must have a fundamentally sound quality profile (Good tier or above). Low-quality stocks are excluded regardless of technical setup. | Filters noise from speculative assets |
| Phase Gate | Stock must be classified as Accumulation (Phase 2) or Bullish Markup (Phase 3). Distribution and Markdown phases are excluded. | Filters for constructive lifecycle stages under this model |
| Score Gate | The calculated ML composite score must exceed the minimum display threshold. Scores below this are suppressed — the field simply does not appear on the card. | Prevents low-conviction displays |
The Stoxlitix framework translates complex quantitative data into actionable visual signals. At the stock level, this is done through two proprietary indicators: the Elite Score (a combined rating out of 10 points) and the Traffic Light System (a green/yellow/red action signal that adjusts simulated exposure parameters).
What is the Elite Score?
The Elite Score is a single score between 0 and 10 that rates a stock's overall technical profile. The score is calculated using an automated scoring algorithm that evaluates ten independent factors, including relative strength, momentum acceleration, volume footprints, and moving average alignment.
Importantly, the Elite Score is only calculated and displayed for stocks that are already in Phase 2 (Accumulation) or Phase 3 (Bullish Markup). Stocks in distribution or markdown phases are not scored — the system automatically filters them out as inactive profiles. This ensures that you only spend time analyzing assets that are already in a favorable structural environment.
Next to the Elite Score, the platform lists the specific factors that are contributing to or subtracting from the rating. These are labeled as Drivers (positive factors, like "Sector tailwind" or "Volume expansion") and Drags (negative factors, like "Extended from support" or "Benchmark underperformance"). This allows you to understand the specific components of the score at a single glance.
The 3-Color Traffic Light System
The Traffic Light system operates at the trade level — representing how different variables alter the hypothetical sizing models:
Green Light
Optimal environment and setup. All confluence factors are aligned. Simulates standard baseline benchmark sizing under the model.
Yellow Light
Elevated volatility or minor technical headwinds present. Adjusts simulated position sizes to half of standard values.
Red Light
Severe macro breakdown or failed quality gate. Suspends simulated entries. Highlights cash preservation states under the model.
